Since 1991, Attorney Todd Brenner has successfully litigated disability, ERISA, personal injury, business and insurance cases before state and federal courts in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas, Illinois, Missouri, California, Colorado, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Florida. As Notes Editor of the Capital University Law Review, he wrote an article that gained national recognition and was later republished by Open Court Publishing in an anthology featuring William F. Buckley, Milton Friedman and William Bennett.

Todd has served as faculty member for several seminars in the areas of ERISA, long term disability and insurance law. He was the author and presenter of a treatise entitled Insurance Coverage in Ohio. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts of Ohio, all federal courts in Michigan, all federal courts in Indiana, all state courts of North Carolina, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, all federal courts in Wisconsin, the Northern District of Texas and the District of Colorado. He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and MENSA.
